Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure client-facing applications which seamlessly integrate with other systems and platforms
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and technical support for the development, configuration and ongoing maintenance of systems
  • Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to identify critical functional requirements for new or revised applications
  • Develop technical design and procedures for new or revised applications
  • Lead the review and analysis of system problems to identify solutions and/or make appropriate referrals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans associated with system development, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Develop standards for documentation to ensure recovery capability, satisfactory and stable performance of the platform(s) and all applications and processes
  • Develop, code, test, debug, and document application systems to achieve the objectives of the client group relative to identified system needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge of Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field
  • Expert-level experience and knowledge using Classic ASP, ASP .NET, MVC, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, VB.NET, VB6, C#, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure DevOps, JSON, WCF, Web Services, SQL, Visual Studio (VS), and industry standard software development frameworks, algorithms, and design patterns
  • Experience analyzing, designing, architecting, and programming computer systems applications or databases
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment

 

Minimum Skills:

  • Ability to collect information, detect patterns, interpret data, integrate new information, and problem solve
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when it comes to communicating technical concepts and ideas
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and autonomy
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature

Working Conditions

  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours

 

Pay Range

USD $55.15 - USD $61.70 /Hr.
