Primary Focus:

The Journeyman Fusion Analyst will provide advanced analytical support in a dynamic, all-source operational environment. This role focuses on intelligence analysis, operational mission management, and intelligence collection management to support the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), with a particular focus on East Asian nations' order of battle and ground domain awareness. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis integrating HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and other intelligence disciplines.
  • Produce intelligence reports adhering to ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Develop Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products to support pattern-of-life analysis, intelligence gap identification, and targeting.
  • Utilize intelligence tools such as Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, and similar platforms for data integration and analysis.
  • Collaborate with operational intelligence centers and provide mission management and collection management support.
  • Update tracking mechanisms, compile analytical reports, and promptly respond to taskers.
  • Support shifts work as required to meet operational needs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 11 years of total work experience. Associate’s degree with 9 years of total work experience. Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of total work experience.
  • Formerly trained as a 35F Army Intelligence Analyst or equivalent branch-specific role.
  • Proficiency in intelligence writing and adherence to ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
  • Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets, specifically regarding East Asian nations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required
  • 5+ years of experience in all-source operational environments, mission management, or collection management. Experience in managing and supporting exercise budgets with multiple funding streams
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shift work.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a Combatant Command or Service Center.
  • Familiarity with Ground Domain Multi-INT Fusion products for pattern-of-life analysis and targeting support.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Palantir, Analyst's Notebook, and similar intelligence platforms.
  • Exposure to multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT).
  • Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) Certification.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing reports, taskers, and analytic workflows.

Minimum Skills:

  • Must be capable of independent planning and decision-making with minimal supervision
  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.

Pay Range

USD $89,644.00 - USD $99,940.00 /Yr.
