Here’s What You Need:
- 10 or more years’ experience with Software Engineering.
- Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- 5 or more years' experience with document management development including scanning, indexing, storage and disposition of records.
- Knowledge of document management systems, experience with data entry, file organization, and familiarity with relevant compliance regulations,
- Implementation of custom API processes.
- Support of document capture software; Kofax Capture, IBM DataCap or similar
- ECRM implementation experience; Hyland OnBase, IBM FileNet, Oracle, MS SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills to identify current technology use and effectively recommend alternative solutions.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with state government records management programs is a plus;
● Experience with Office of Technology (OTS) Enterprise Architecture is desired.
