Here’s What You Need:
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as a previous project management role, supervisory role, or other management role.
- Experience with electronic document management projects.
- Experience with operations, technology implementation and change management.
- Strong skills in collaborating with people who have different roles.
- Expert communication skills to create optimal collaboration.
- Proven record in sourcing resources, using effective strategies, clarifying goals for the team and guiding the project’s idea into a tangible entity.
- Keeping the team in check and meeting deadlines to complete the project in its set timeframe.
- Ability of keeping records of progress, collecting data and filing reports of the project’s status.
- Proven record of adhering to a budget.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus;
• Experience with State Government project management a plus;
