Overview

The Support Services Project Manager will assist to identify current practices and assist in developing a roadmap to effectively digitize paper files and store documents into a repository.  

 

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and sending submittals and deliverables, including the Project Management work Plan, Progress Reports, and comprehensive Roadmap.
  • Planning and executing project communications with project team, key agency stakeholders and outside vendors.
  • Coordinating meeting with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct data gathering sessions.
  • Optimize resources for cost savings.
  • Maintaining all project records.
  • Provide day-to-day project management support.
  • Analyzing project risk and issues, helping identify ways to mitigate risks
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Present assessment findings to agency and recommend a phased approach that includes priorities and estimated cost that address desired outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as a previous project management role, supervisory role, or other management role.
  • Experience with electronic document management projects.
  • Experience with operations, technology implementation and change management.
  • Strong skills in collaborating with people who have different roles.
  • Expert communication skills to create optimal collaboration.
  • Proven record in sourcing resources, using effective strategies, clarifying goals for the team and guiding the project’s idea into a tangible entity.
  • Keeping the team in check and meeting deadlines to complete the project in its set timeframe.
  • Ability of keeping records of progress, collecting data and filing reports of the project’s status.
  • Proven record of adhering to a budget.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus;

• Experience with State Government project management a plus;

Working Conditions

  • Professional office environment
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to work varying work schedules and/or extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.

Pay Range

USD $119,121.60 - USD $140,836.80 /Yr.
