The Intelligrants Application Database Administrator is a key member , responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases associated with the Intelligrants grant management software. This role requires a dedicated professional with expertise in database administration and a deep understanding of the complexities associated with State disaster recovery grants management.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

• Collaborate with officials and DRU team members to understand database requirements for disaster recovery grants management.
• Design and administer the Intelligrants database to ensure it meets the complex needs of State operations.
• Ensure database performance, security, and integrity are maintained at all times.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and performance tuning.
• Develop and implement database policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide support for database issues and perform root cause analysis for any database-related incidents.
• Coordinate with software developers and architects to integrate the database with other components of the Intelligrants system.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for the database design and administration processes.

• Experience in Intelligrants grant management software database architecture
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
• Must possess problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
• Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
• Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.

• Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
