Overview

It was established to recognize cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. The creation of OTS consolidated a wide variety of existing hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications.

 

They lead the State’s technology procurement process to standardize technology across the entire organization and seek efficiencies in operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the suite of services, which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies.

 

The Application Architect SYSCOM will assist in resolving coding as part of the migration of the ASM Products.

 

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with any issue resolution and advanced coding that may be required as part of the migration effort within the ASM product.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience installing, configuring and executing the SYSCOM Automatic Storage Management (ASM) product
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Corrections or Public Safety processes

Working Conditions

  •    Professional  remote office environment.

Pay Range

USD $92,913.60 - USD $112,611.20 /Yr.
