- Technology Business Management (TBM) Certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience.
- Strong expertise in excel is required
- Experience with statistical packages like R, Python, SAS, STATA, Matlab is preferred.
- Experience conducting research work and conducting analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and interested in IT regulation and guidance.
- Experience communicating data results verbally.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.
- Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
- Accounting, category management, IT strategy and management, IT service management, or IT financial management experience.
- Experience with creating dashboards.
- Experience in federal consulting, preferably with a Consulting-focused company.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent a plus.
- Prior experience on software projects within DoS, National Security or other federal agencies, with a deep understanding of their unique operational environments and challenges.
- Familiarity with the specific IT systems, protocols, and security measures employed by DoS.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex situations and deliver results.
- Experience in computer science/technology or related field.
