Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of a comprehensive help desk support initiative. This role involves managing a distributed IT support operation, controlling inventory, and directing specialized project support in accordance with stipulated quality standards and operational demands. The Program Manager will foster the adoption of advanced IT practices to improve operational effectiveness, particularly in the processing and analysis of critical information. Tasked with administering customer-centric service hubs and ensuring seamless service delivery to executive leadership, the Program Manager's duties also extend to maintaining an always-on support center for a global workforce. This necessitates a strategic approach to human resources, disciplined resource management, and the pursuit of continuous performance improvements to achieve stringent service benchmarks and client satisfaction consistently.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • This position will be the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
  • Steer the program to deliver strategic project management outcomes in line with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Championing a secure, efficient, and compliant operational environment consistent with the best practices and client directives.
  • Responsible for overall project management of the IT contract.
  • Provides administrative and technical directions to employees.
  • Ensure the contract is properly and adequately staffed (95% of staffing positions filled at all times) with cleared and qualified personnel capable of performing all contract requirements.
  • Recruits, hires, and terminates personnel as necessary.
  • Ensures all contract requirements are performed in a way that maintains security integrity at all levels and at all times.
  • Ensures all assigned tasks and contract deliverables are accurate and are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Ensures that the current Visitor Access Requests (VARs) are in place for all employees at all times with no lapse in access.
  • Ensure all required documentation is created in accordance with government procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, frequently keeping the government informed of personnel status, activities, and any contract issues.
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range

USD $157,552.00 - USD $212,432.00 /Yr.
