Here’s What You Need
- 8 years Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8 years Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- 8 years Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- 8 years Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- 8 years (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- 8 years (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
- Must reside in the State of Texas.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4 years’ Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2 years Experience as a business analyst in Asset Management
- 2 years Experience as a business analyst in Accounts Payable
- 2 years Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
- 2 years Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2 years Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2 year’s Experience with SharePoint
- 1 years Experience with Jira
- 1 years’ Experience working with the Scrum framework
- 1 year’s Experience with STAT

Reports to: Program Manager
Working Conditions
- Professional hybrid office environment.
- Ability to work 4 remote days and 1 onsite day (Wednesdays) per week.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding Texas state holidays. Off-hours may occasionally be required based on the project phase.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
- Travel costs, per diem, and other related expenses must be pre-approved in compliance with State of Texas travel guidelines.
