SALARY:

$52.35-$74.79/hr

 

The Systems Analyst 3 - PeopleSoft plays a pivotal role in understanding and optimizing the functional and technical capabilities of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The individual in this role collaborates with key stakeholders to assess business needs, analyze existing systems, and implement solutions that ensure seamless integration, enhanced efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing Modules for our clients alignment with project objectives.
  • Understand and assess business objectives and challenges to identify alternative IT solutions that improve organizational workflows.
  • Analyze user requirements, operational procedures, and existing systems to recommend automation and improvements.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify system and process discrepancies, and map data from legacy and third-party systems for integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs) and remote teams, to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, including program functions, and user needs, to support system development or modifications.
  • Review system capabilities, specifications, and resource or scheduling limitations to identify feasible changes or implementations.
  • Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces to ensure compatibility and functionality.
  • Develop and execute testing protocols, validate results, and provide hands-on support during key testing phases.
  • Support and contribute to training efforts for user adoption, including creating training materials and providing remote or hybrid support as needed.
  • Foster effective communications within a remote/hybrid work model, maintaining collaboration and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable clients guidelines, requirements, and terms of service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need

  • 8 years Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
  • 8 years Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
  • 8 years Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
  • 8 years Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
  • 8 years (at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • 8 years (at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
  • Must reside in the State of Texas.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 years’ Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  • 2 years Experience as a business analyst in Asset Management
  • 2 years Experience as a business analyst in Accounts Payable
  • 2 years Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
  • 2 years Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
  • 2 years Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
  • 2 year’s Experience with SharePoint
  • 1 years Experience with Jira
  • 1 years’ Experience working with the Scrum framework
  • 1 year’s Experience with STAT

Reports to: Program Manager

 

Working Conditions

  • Professional hybrid office environment.
  • Ability to work 4 remote days and 1 onsite day (Wednesdays) per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, excluding Texas state holidays. Off-hours may occasionally be required based on the project phase.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
  • Travel costs, per diem, and other related expenses must be pre-approved in compliance with State of Texas travel guidelines.
