Overview

The Program Manager provides project management support services to Saver’s Match implementation teams and stakeholders in the development of the Congressional report and implementation of the Saver’s Match contribution. Responsibilities include meeting facilitation, meeting minutes, coordination and tracking, data analysis and integration, identification and confirmation of requirements, validation and delivery of system updates/modernization and business process documentation, system mapping, report drafting, communication strategy development and implementation, etc.

 

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with IRS personnel and other stakeholders to:
  • Develop a comprehensive outreach plan to identify and reach the target audience, outlining the strategies, communication products, and timeline for reaching the target audience and promoting awareness of the Saver’s Match program.
  • Create educational materials and resources to help taxpayers understand the benefits of the Saver’s Match program and how to participate in digital and written formats.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for IRS staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the program.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach and education efforts, including participation rates, awareness levels, and program impact
  • Develop reports that detail the results of outreach and education activities, along with recommendations for further improvement.
  • Working with IRS stakeholders, Counsel & Treasury to:
  • Develop regulations needed to support program.
  • Ensure all outreach and educational activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of professional experience
  • 10+ years supporting the Department of Treasury (preferably the IRS)
  • 5+ years of program management experience overseeing data analysis and research.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to synthesize information from client and team needs into concrete, actionable work products and/or analytical plans.
  • Strong client and team interaction skills.
  • Critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Project/Program Management Certificate
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Reports to: Senior Program Manager

 

Working Conditions

  • Professional remote office environment.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.

Pay Range

USD $175.00 - USD $175.00 /Hr.
