Overview

The Engagement Manager (Implementation Support) is a critical leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to the Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Program’s Implementation Support services. This key role ensures the successful deployment, performance, and alignment of contracted personnel with the milestones, needs, and strategic goals of the HCMACS Program.

 

The Engagement Manager serves as the primary point of contact for HCMACS client project leaders, fostering collaboration across program stakeholders. This role requires expertise in resource coordination, Epic Systems methodologies, and effective management within a multi-agency environment.

 

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client project leadership regarding Implementation Support services.
  • Manage deployment, performance, and ongoing alignment of contracted personnel with project needs.
  • Ensure resource readiness, including certification tracking and onboarding compliance as needed.
  • Track staffing milestones, escalate issues, and proactively manage resource transitions and backfills.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of personnel needs and upcoming demand.
  • Resolve individual and team performance concerns in collaboration with HCMACS leadership.
  • Coordinate staffing adjustments in response to feedback, scope changes, or implementation phase shifts
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in EHR staffing management or implementation support roles.
  • 5 years of experience supporting Epic implementations, with a strong understanding of Epic project team structures and roles.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional resource pools across various project domains (application, training, technical).
  • Experience coordinating with Epic project leaders, agency stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and service quality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Working Conditions

Pay Range

USD $115,000.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.
