The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager, Implementation Support, plays a pivotal role in leading organizational change strategies to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of the Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Program
The OCM Manager focuses on developing and executing change management strategies to ensure seamless integration and user adoption of the EHR platform, as well as promoting stakeholder readiness across diverse healthcare and operational environments. The OCM Manager will work collaboratively with senior program leadership and stakeholders to ensure that change is effectively managed, risks are mitigated, and user adoption goals are achieved.
