Overview

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager, Implementation Support, plays a pivotal role in leading organizational change strategies to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of the Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Program

 

The OCM Manager focuses on developing and executing change management strategies to ensure seamless integration and user adoption of the EHR platform, as well as promoting stakeholder readiness across diverse healthcare and operational environments. The OCM Manager will work collaboratively with senior program leadership and stakeholders to ensure that change is effectively managed, risks are mitigated, and user adoption goals are achieved.

 

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies for EHR rollout.
  • Lead communication and stakeholder readiness plans across agencies.
  • Facilitate user engagement, resistance management, and feedback integration.
  • Align OCM efforts with training, governance, and project timelines.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
  • Certification in PROSCI or other OCM methodologies preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in change management in healthcare or IT.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Experience with multi-agency transformation and enterprise system rollouts.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Pay Range

USD $105,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
