- Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have one or more years of demonstrated recent experience operating heavy equipment to include, but not limited to, backhoes, road graders, dump trucks, front end/scoop loaders, excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and similar equipment.
- Ability to obtain DOD SECRET clearance, and favorable NAIC and FBI fingerprint checks
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Commercial Driver License preferred
- CDL Hazardous Materials Endorsement
