- 2 yrs: Required NET 8.0/ 9.0 framework, C#, Visual Studio
- Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to.

- 5 yrs: SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- 3 yrs: Prior Texas State Agency Experience
