A Functional Lead with Genesys and Agile delivery experience drives the end-to-end implementation of Genesys contact center solutions within an Agile framework. The work involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that Genesys deployments meet functional requirements while managing cross-functional teams and upholding Agile principles.

A Functional Lead with Genesys and Agile delivery experience must possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and agile methodology knowledge. The role involves translating business needs into contact center solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful, iterative delivery in an agile framework.
