Responsibilities

A test lead with expertise in Genesys and Agile delivery focuses on orchestrating and executing the quality assurance strategy for contact center solutions. In an Agile framework, this role involves guiding a QA team within development sprints and ensuring the Genesys platform—including IVR, routing, and agent desktop functionality—meets business and technical requirements.

Qualifications

A test lead for Genesys technologies and Agile Delivery requires a combination of technical expertise in contact center systems, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodology. This role is responsible for overseeing the testing of Genesys-based solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
