We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Techno-Functional SAP EAM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM), with a particular focus on integrating SAP PM with field scheduling and mobility solutions. A strong understanding of end-to-end asset management processes, coupled with hands-on experience in configuring SAP EAM, is crucial for this role. Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Technical and Functional Expertise:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP EAM and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in notifications, work orders, and associated workflows.
  • Proven ability to integrate SAP PM with field scheduling solutions and mobility tools.
• Cross-System Integration:
  • Experience in managing integration with SAP core modules (FI, MM, CO) and third-party/non-SAP systems like GIS.
• Project Experience:
  • Solid understanding of the complete project lifecycle for ERP/EAM implementations.
  • Direct experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Process/Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong asset management and maintenance planning process knowledge across industries such as utilities, manufacturing, or transportation.
• Technical Competence:
  • Working knowledge of SAP technologies like ABAP debugging is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Fiori, SAP Work Manager, or SAP Asset Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SAP EAM/PM, agile project management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise mobility and geographic information system (GIS) alignment with SAP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
