The Project Coordinator will oversee the management of student arrival, training, and graduation activities for the USAF RSAF English Language Training (ELT) program. The role focuses on maintaining student records, accountability, and compliance with government policies and privacy regulations. Reporting to the Program Manager, the candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate tracking, record-keeping, and reporting tasks necessary for successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct In-processing briefings will be conducted IAW AFI 16-105 IMSO Handbook and at a minimum will include: local area and culture, prevention of sexual harassment, facilities, services, attendance, classroom expectations, safety, and other rules developed to enhance the learning environment.
• Review the Invitational Travel Orders (ITOs) for accuracy.
• Develop and implement a customer service-oriented program to function in support of the 82 TRW IMSO for RSAF ELT IMSs and USG needs.
• Act as the central point of contact for RSAF ELT IMSs to provide customer complaints.
• Update SAN Web with applicable RSAF ELT student information.
• Document travel request(s), including AFSAT TPM approval.
• Manage all Travel Voucher for IMS monthly; up to 200 students
• Manage the order, issuance and replacement process for all IMS debit cards
• Develop and manage all student personnel files IAW IMSO procedures and hand them over to IMSO within 7 days of student’s entering technical training.
• Work directly with AFSAT on cancellation/forfeiture or change of IMS technical training.
• Coordinate with DLI on departure and arrival of Sheppard ELT IMS to specialized English training at Lackland AFB.
• Coordinate with RSAF CLO within two weeks of IMS departure for airline tickets for follow-on training.
• Manage ELT student learning management system (LMS). Will provide this to
• AFSAT/RSAF/USMITM on a weekly basis.
• Other Duties as needed.

• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Working Conditions

• Professional office environment.
• Ability to work on-site at Sheppard Air Force base, Wichita Falls, TX.
• Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
• Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.

• May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
