Here’s What You Need
- 8 years’ experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- 8 years’ experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
- 8 years’ experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- 8 years’ experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
- 8 years’ experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- 8 years’ experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
- Empathy and User Advocacy: Deep commitment to understanding user needs and advocating for user-centered design principles
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years’ experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.
- 4 years’ experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 3 years demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- 2 years as a business analyst in General Ledger
- 2 years’ experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
- 2 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 1 year experience with SharePoint
- 1 years’ experience with Jira
- 1 years’ experience working with the Scrum framework

Working Conditions
- Professional hybrid office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must reside in the Austin area.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
- Travel costs, per diem, and other related expenses must be pre-approved in compliance with State of Texas travel guidelines.
