- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale ship repair and/or maintenance management, including repair of Naval or Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels.
- Proven ability to manage contract execution within highly regulated environments (USCG, ABS, EPA, OSHA compliance).
- Past experience working in IDIQ frameworks, including coordinating multiple concurrent task orders.
- Familiarity with MSC standards, NAVBASE Guam regulations, and DFARS compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations during surge periods or emergent requirements.
- Previous leadership role in managing multi-disciplinary repair teams and subcontractors.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
