- 8 years’ experience showing ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts to devise solutions to problems and prepare concise reports. Ability to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems while prioritizing information and issues.
- 8 years’ experience with transforming raw data into actionable information for business decision-making. Skilled in developing and presenting reports that identify technology gaps and operational inefficiencies to executive stakeholders.
- 8 years’ experience in developing or contributing to the creation of as-is and to-be data models to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiencies.
- 8 years’ experience in mapping data effectively and identifying areas for improvement. Capable of establishing benchmarks and developing frameworks for operational trend analysis and performance measurement.
- 8 years’ experience analyzing data policies and procedures to assess their impact on automated systems and functional areas.
- 8 years’ experience in acquiring data from various sources, creating regular reports, and performing deep analyses of trends and correlations. Skilled in developing metadata, tables, and user interfaces to deliver clear and actionable reports for business users.
- 8 years’ experience in using creativity and advanced reporting tools (specialty reporting tools) to define and develop data reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, Proven capability to tackle technical and architectural challenges, especially in legacy-to.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience using creativity and specialty reporting tools to define and develop data reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- 5 years’ experience developing strategic and project SDLC materials, including gap analysis, recommendations, roadmaps, requirements, design documents, system and data flow diagrams, test cases, and use cases.
- 1 year prior State or Federal Public Sector experience

Reports to: Program Manager
Working Conditions
- Professional office environment.
- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
