Here’s What You Need
- 10 years of experience as a Business analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
- 10 years of Project Management Framework knowledge.
- 10 years of large-scale IT operations and information technology industry trends knowledge.
- 10 years in in defining all types of requirements, functional specifications, and other deliverables
- 10 years of interpersonal relationships skill, ability to negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.
- 10 years of creating clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation.
- 10 Years of ensuring accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Analyzing and interpreting raw data.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Business process improvement and system design.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of interpersonal relationships, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel.
- 5 years of experience working with government regulations or compliance frameworks.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- 5 years of experience leading a team or workgroup.
- 5 years of policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements skills.
- 5 years of experience with elicitation techniques such as reviewing current MIS functionality and translating into requirements.
- Graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in business, communications, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or a related field.
- 2 years’experience with gathering management information system requirements at a large
organization.
- 2 years experience creating solicitation or contact requirements
- PMI-{BA or IIBA CBAP.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must reside in the Austin area.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
- May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
