The Work:
The TRADOC Team Officer/NCO Education Analyst will provide overarching integration and facilitation support for the client’s professional development training programs to ensure they are well synchronized with known and projected requirements. The complexity of this task is such that assistance is required in executing the coordination of activities that will be required to bring all the task/initiatives together and deliver solutions that deliver improved individual training effectiveness and a greater throughput of trained NCOs.
