Qualifications – Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience in content creation/video production.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant film/video experience.
- Proficient in the ability to produce, shoot, direct, edit and manage a variety of video products and media trailers.
- Experience with Livestreaming.
- Experience working with Department of the Army and/or Department of Defense live/special event productions.
- Possess a valid REAL ID Driver’s License or similar government-approved identification to obtain military installation access.
- Maintain reliable mode of transportation.
- Due to the nature of work at the client’s facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
- Ability to advise production team on storytelling priorities and best approaches to facilitate Producer/Director’s artistic vision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the production team to plan film/video content.
- Proficient in use of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated ability to create and produce creative media solutions, including web-based file posting, conversion, streaming, social media, etc.
- Proficient in normalizing audio files in finished video products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Time management habits, ability to multi-task, ability to sustain focus on long-term tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree is a significant plus.
