The qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position. - IO Intel Instructor / Developer Journeyman:
- Associate’s degree or approved equivalent experience.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- 5 years’ Operations in the Information Environment (OIE; preferred examples include military planning and assessment at various levels (Tactical, Operational, and Strategic) regarding staffing of deception activities and MISO plans. Other examples include field experience in Public Affairs and Strategic Communications and a general understanding of signature management.
- Understanding of common processes utilized by the Air Component.
- IO Intel Instructor / Developer Senior:
- Bachelor’s degree or approved equivalent experience.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- 10 years’ OIE. Some preferred examples include, but are not limited to, military planning and assessment at various levels (Tactical, Operational, and Strategic).
- Must have experience regarding staffing of deception activities and/or MISO plans with explicit knowledge of the 7 step MISO planning process. Other examples include field experience in Public Affairs and Strategic Communications and a general understanding of signature management along with understanding of common processes utilized by the Air Component AND CCAF ISO Certification. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently and may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- IO Intel Instructor / Developer SME:
- PhD is required.
- Must have written, dissertation with experimental work to be attached to resume, AND/OR approved equivalent experience with a Master's degree with a thesis that upon review is deemed relevant to OIE.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- Must have experience with military planning at all levels (strategic, operational, and tactical) along with rigorous assessments through quantitative methods.
- Must have experience with the operational design, staffing and execution of deception activities, signature management, and the 7 step MISO planning process.
- Understand how additional capabilities integrate into OIE planning and execution and have experience with interagency collaboration.
- Understand command relationships, intel cycle and JIPOE with human aspects of military operations considerations, joint planning, and target development through the JTC. Ph.D. Applied research methods and have designed experiments for processes in Behavioral and Social Sciences, (e.g., multi- Cultural analysis, Interpretive Cultural Anthropology, sociology with a focus on social psychology, political science, international relations, behavioral economics, organizational science).
- Must have published research in peer reviewed journals with quantitative methods. Preferred 600+ podium/instruction hours.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- May include work in classified environments, requiring adherence to strict security protocols and protective measures.
- Occasionally it may require light physical activity, such as setting up training hardware, configuring lab environments, or troubleshooting systems.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
