Qualifications – Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree, with Master’s/MBA desired.
- Focus will be on one or two key clients where you bring an existing network of peers or past clients that view you as a thought leader/influencer.
- 18+ years of experience in sales, account management, or operational P&L with a management consulting, IT or professional services organization. Strong Federal experience may substitute.
- At least 8+ years of project management and delivery of IT and professional services with complex, large clients.
- Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large-scale accounts and account portfolios, and managing teams to meet their KPI’s
- Demonstrate that you can manage up and down.
- Previous experience with and responsibility for profit and loss.
- P&L for Cayuse is handled at the Company/subsidiary level, where you will have shadow P&L responsibilities at the Client Account level.
- Minimum 10 years of industry knowledge and experience in one of these industry sectors:
- Federal Government – Civilian or Department of Defense
- Public Trust, Secret or Top-Secret Clearance appreciated.
- Locations preferred: commutable distance within National Capitol Region.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Executive presence, Exceptional leadership/management skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident presentation skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
