Qualifications – Here’s What You Need
- Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, data science, computer science, or quantitative methods.
- Over 20 years of progressive experience in data science, AI/ML, and technology strategy, in senior advisory roles across multiple industries.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale AI training and upskilling programs across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
- Proven success in leading or contributing to RFP responses involving data science and AI capabilities for federal, state, and local government, and commercial clients.
- Experience working across organizational boundaries — across service lines internally and across stakeholder levels externally — with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical decision-makers.
- External presence in the data science and AI field through experience, publications, conference presentations, or advisory roles.
- Familiarity with federal AI policy, responsible AI frameworks, and the regulatory environment shaping AI adoption in government contracting.
- Public Trust, Secret or Top-Secret Clearance appreciated.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Must possess problem-solving skills.
- Executive presence, Exceptional leadership/management skills, Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
- Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team.
