Qualifications – Here’s What You Need:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or similar field or eight (8) years of applicable government contracting experience in Human Resources
- No less than 6 years of Human Resources experience in government contracting environments, specifically specializing in Service Contract Act compliance.
- Labor Relations experience - experience working in a unionized environment and with union avoidance campaigns.
- PHR, SPHR or other HR certification, preferred
- Two years’ experience performing HR functions in a multi-company environment, preferred
- Proficient with HRIS systems, Jamis preferred
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with recruiting practices; and application & tracking systems
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Working Conditions:
- Professional remote office environment
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
