- Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience serving as an analyst in planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting analyses for overall operational efficiencies/inefficiencies, program-related trends, effectiveness in achieving planned goals, objectives, and milestones, and effective budgetary/resource utilization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with Federal contracting and budgeting.
- Experience identifying complex cross-cutting areas of program requirements and needs in order to address significant organizational concerns.
- Experience providing expert advice and preparing and presenting controversial reports on program status to senior management officials.
- Experience applying various laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.
- Experience conducting detailed analyses of functions and work processes; and presenting recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
- Secret Clearance is required.
- Due to the nature of work at the client’s site, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
