The Work:
The Non-Clinical Care Coordinator provides case management services to support our client’s health and human service needs. The Non-Clinical Care Coordinator shall be familiar with the regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment. The position is to assist the client with adhering to three primary goals for case management (CM): improving the care, management, and transition of recovering service members; broadening the application of CM to include those with complex and at-risk needs before complex care; and evaluating the impact of CM on the quality of military health care.
