Qualifications – Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent military/civilian operational experience.
- Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE).
- CCNA Collaboration or Cisco CCT Collaboration (minimum).
- Crestron Master Programmer, Crestron Technologist, or Extron Authorized Programmer/AV Associate.
- Active Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
- Mastery of Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) and Cisco Meeting Server (CMS).
- Expertise in the integration of cryptographic equipment (TACLANEs, KIVs) into secure VTC enclaves.
- Advanced understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols, network traffic analysis, and Quality of Service (QoS) standards.High-level proficiency in drafting technical network topologies using Microsoft Visio.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Ability to rapidly respond to immediate, high-stress callouts for troubleshooting VIP and General Officer in-progress meetings.
- Strong capacity for end-user education, including conducting "quick-start" orientations for staff officers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNP Collaboration, with focus on CUCM, CMS, and TMS.

Working Conditions:
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and conducting physical installations or endpoint replacements in conference environments.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
