- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency with Power Automate for building distributed workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps/Platform Dataflows.
- ETL expertise using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory for pipeline orchestration and data movement.
- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs and web services for system integration.
- Configuration and administration of On-Premises Data Gateway.
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and relational database design.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse’s data model, security framework (business units, security roles, teams), and entity relationships.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols, including OAuth 2.0, Azure AD/Entra ID app registrations, and service principals.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, DP-600, DP-203, or AZ-204.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse virtual tables/entities.
- Knowledge of source control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD).
- Familiarity with message-based/event-driven integration using tools like Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or webhooks.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET or PowerShell for custom connectors, automation scripting, and plug-ins.
- Knowledge of master data management, data retention, and archival strategies.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions, including managed/unmanaged solutions and environment strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Application Insights and Azure Monitor to enhance system reliability and observability.
