Qualifications – Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with enterprise-grade application development using the mentioned technology stack.
- At least 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in the following technologies and frameworks:
- Java/Spring Boot: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Angular (Version 17 or higher): Minimum 5 years of proven experience.
- PostgreSQL database systems: Minimum 5 years of practical experience.
- AWS cloud environments and related architecture.
- AI Development: Demonstrated 2+ years of experience working in AI-assisted workflows and using related tools or systems.
- Experience in designing and writing AI models with robust debugging and architectural skills to optimize AI contributions.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic project environments.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with specialized teams to resolve them.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Containerization: Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies for application portability.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Practical experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes to enable automated testing and deployment.
- Agile Development: Expertise in supporting Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum frameworks).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions.
