The Work 

The Security Delivery Manager oversee the resources, access, and governance required to support accurate software licensing positions. The position ensures team members have the appropriate systems, tools, accounts, and credentials necessary to perform their responsibilities; review and validate licensing positions prior to client presentation; and maintain compliance with organizational security policies, procedures, and controls.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities  

  • Deliver cost-effective and appropriately scaled infrastructure security solutions aligned with business objectives and corporate strategic direction. 
  • Establish and monitor Service Level and Volume Metrics. 
  • Oversee project acceptance and transition to Security Operations. 
  • Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC). 
  • Approve security solutions based on industry best practices. 
  • Rationalize security tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Develop and utilize efficacy metrics to demonstrate security posture. 
  • Design and review Information Security Architecture. 
  • Lead technical teams in creating and implementing flexible, scalable systems using both custom and off-the-shelf hardware and software solutions. 
  • Deploy and mobilize Unified Threat Management (UTM) solutions (e.g., Palo Alto), Email Security (e.g., Proofpoint), Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., CyberArk), and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions (e.g., Carbon Black, Endgame, Defender ATP). 
  • Plan, design, implement, and support infrastructure across multiple security technologies. 
  • Design and manage vulnerability management solutions and programs. 
  • Develop comprehensive operational, installation, configuration, and upgrade documentation for various security service lines, including Security Incident Response, Endpoint Security, and Security Applications. 
  • Perform security assessments at various global sites. 
  • Create and refine content such as correlation searches, dashboards, and reports to enhance security posture visibility for management. 
  • Publish advisories on the latest vulnerabilities and threats to improve threat detection and response capabilities. 
  • Design and build an end-to-end "SIEM as a Service" solution in a hosted multi-tenant environment. 
  • Lead continuous improvement plans focused on productivity enhancements through automation. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Working Conditions  

  • Professional office environment. 
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.  
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position. 
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.  
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen. 
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays. 
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes. 
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
